30 Minute Discovery Call
Your travel journey begins with a relaxed, 30-minute conversation where we get to know you and your ideal vacation. We’ll chat about things like:
- Where would you like to go?
- How many people are traveling?
- What's your travel style?
- Do you have specific dates in mind?
- Are there any flight preferences we should know about?
- What types of experiences are you interested in?
- What foods do you love?
- Any special requests?
This helps us create a trip that’s tailored perfectly to you.
* $75 consultation fee due before planning. $125 fee for groups greater than 10.
Planning Your Dream Vacation
We’ll coordinate with our trusted suppliers to plan your accommodations and activities. We will prepare two to three tailored itinerary options that match your vision.
- You'll receive your customized trip proposal within 2-5 business days after our consultation, depending on the details of your trip.
- Once we share your options, we’ll work together to fine-tune every detail, ensuring it's the perfect fit for you and your travel party.
- We’ll also provide safety protocols, travel insurance options, and flexible payment plans to keep everything smooth and secure.
* $75 fee for customized daily itineraries (all inclusive resorts, tours, & cruises are excluded from this fee)
Booking Your Trip
Once you approve your booking, we’ll collect your payment details to secure rates for airfare, hotels, park tickets, and any other arrangements we’ve discussed.
- You will have to fill out a credit card authorization form, allowing us to book your travel.
- We require you to complete a travel insurance acceptance/denial form.
- Please keep in mind that pricing is only guaranteed once booked.
- Occasionally, prices may fluctuate between the time we present your options and when you book. We’ll keep you updated on any changes and work with you to make adjustments if needed.
- Note that we don’t manage your travel documents, such as passports, visas, or any other documentation required by your destinations.
Trip Preparation
Leading up to your trip, we’ll stay in touch to finalize all the details together.
- We’ll update you on any promotions, itinerary adjustments, or entry requirements for your destinations.
- We’ll also take care of booking dining options, excursions, and any special experiences you’re excited about.
- Before you depart, you can expect a packing list and a few travel tips to make your trip smooth and memorable!
Take Off
And now, it’s time to make those travel dreams come true! Off you go! We’ll be here and just a message away if you need anything along the way—so relax and enjoy every moment!
