Welcome to Mystical Traveling. By using this website, submitting an inquiry, completing a quiz or form, booking travel, or participating in any group trip, retreat, contest, or promotion, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Mystical Traveling operates as a travel advisor and planning service. We assist clients in researching, planning, and booking travel arrangements through independent third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, retreat venues, and transportation providers.

Mystical Traveling does not own, operate, or control these suppliers and is not responsible for their actions, omissions, or performance.

All travel services are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the respective suppliers. This includes (but is not limited to):

• Cancellations, refunds, and changes
   
• Schedule changes or itinerary modifications
   
• Overbooking, delays, or service disruptions
   
• Force majeure events (weather, strikes, political events, health emergencies, border closures, etc.)
   

Mystical Traveling is not liable for losses, damages, injuries, or expenses caused by third-party suppliers.

• Deposits and final payments are determined by each supplier and are often non-refundable
   
• Payment deadlines are strictly enforced by suppliers
   
• Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation without refund
   

By authorizing payment, you agree to the supplier’s terms and Mystical Traveling’s role as a booking facilitator.

All cancellations and changes are subject to supplier policies. Mystical Traveling does not issue refunds directly unless explicitly stated in writing.

Planning fees, consultation fees, or custom itinerary fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, as they cover time, research, and professional services already rendered.

Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment against unforeseen events such as illness, trip interruption, delays, or cancellations.

Declining travel insurance releases Mystical Traveling from responsibility for losses that could otherwise be covered.

For group trips, hosted experiences, and retreats:

• Group pricing and perks are contingent on minimum participation
   
• Changes to group size may affect pricing or inclusions
   
• Trip hosts, retreat leaders, or facilitators may change if necessary
   
• Group dynamics, accommodations, and shared experiences require flexibility
   

Mystical Traveling reserves the right to modify or cancel a group experience if minimum requirements are not met or if circumstances require.

Wellness activities (including yoga, meditation, sound healing, excursions, or other experiential offerings) are not medical treatments.

Participants assume full responsibility for their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Please consult a qualified professional before participating if you have any health concerns.

Clients are responsible for:

• Valid passports, visas, and travel documents
   
• Health requirements, vaccinations, and entry regulations
   
• Accurate personal information at time of booking
   

Mystical Traveling is not responsible for denied entry or travel disruptions due to documentation issues.

From time to time, Mystical Traveling may offer promotions, quizzes, contests, or giveaways.

• Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value
   
• Mystical Traveling reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time
   

Participation constitutes agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

All website content, branding, written materials, itineraries, and marketing materials are the intellectual property of Mystical Traveling and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

Mystical Traveling shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from travel services, participation in experiences, or use of this website.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Mystical Traveling operates.
